Crunchflow was created to address the main pain points of professional services firms. For more than 15 years Crunchflow’ s leaders and collaborators fought and tried to integrate different software solutions to solve their problems.
Then it all became clear. It was necessary to build a new solution to address this pain points and integrate different solutions to help other professional services leaders to face their pain points and run their businesses in a better way.
To better define the idea and the solution, the team started to remember how the growth and pains of professional services firms happens. The story was always the same:
Year 1 – A group of founders get together and start to pursue work in a niche market. They win their first jobs and start to hire some new people.
Year 2 – As the payables and receivables grow, more predictability of cashflow becomes necessary. Enters the (1) financial software and a (2) timesheet and expenses software.
Year 3 – As the team and the project number grows, a project management tool becomes necessary. Enters a (3) project management solution.
Year 4 – As the client list grows, a CRM becomes necessary. Enters a (4) CRM solution.
Year 5 – As the projects grow, a better document management becomes necessary. Enters a (5) Document Management Solution.
Year 6 – All software solutions work in Silos. Clients start to complain about late deliveries. Cashflow management is confusing. Documents are hard to find. People don’t know what they must do. Chaos arrives.
